CROWDFUNDING AS AN INNOVATIVE-INVESTMENT SOURCE OF FINANCING IN AGRICULTURE

This article describes the modern view of attracting of financial resources – crowdfunding. The pros and cons of this type of financing, as well as its applicability for the implementation of programs in the field of agriculture are analyzed.

GLOBALIZATION OF CAPITAL MARKET AND INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS OF THE AGROINDUSTRIAL COMPLEX OF RUSSIA

The problems associated with the globalization of the capital market, since the investment climate in the Russian agricultural sector, factors influencing the attraction of foreign investments and their importance for sustainable growth in agricultural production are considered. Taking into account the views of foreign investors and domestic experts on the subject. Proposals for the more efficient use of the unique reserves of the Russian investment market through institutional reforms, the elimination of internal and external barriers opposing it are conducted.

Key words: Russian agriculture, import substitution, foreign direct investment, investment growth model that affect the investment climate factors, the outflow of capital abroad, corruption, world Bank rating "doing business", in A. T. kearney.

JUSTIFICATION OF THE BOUNDARIES OF EFFECTIVE FORMATION TECHNICAL BASIS OF CROP PRODUCTION WITH REGARD TO PREDICTION OF PRICES

The paper presents calculations for determining the economic efficiency of investments in the technical equipment of newly formed enterprises in the south of the Rostov region. The conditions for external financing of investments and the boundaries for the effective formation of the machine and tractor fleet are also substantiated, taking into account the price forecast.

PROBABILISTIC METHODS OF ANALYSIS AND FORECASTING RISK SITUATIONS OF CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISES

The article deals with methods of analysis and assessment of risks of construction enterprises that have the probabilistic nature of the assessment. The authors suggest methods that determine the likelihood of occurrence of a risk event that are applicable to a construction company and take into account its features. We also consider the possibility of predicting events after the onset of a risk event.

Possible kinds of a multifunctional sensors are proposed in the paper. Basic approaches for evaluation economic efficiency of this innovation project are proposed in this paper.

THE FORMATION OF THE SYSTEM OF TOLERANCES INDICATORS OF THE QUALITY OF TECHNOLOGICAL OPERATIONS IN CROP PRODUCTION

Methodological principles that allow to formulate the basic requirements for the formation of a system of quality tolerances when performing operations that take into account not only the random nature of when performing technological operations, and also taking into account the prediction accuracy and the likelihood of achieving the planned productivity, and a set of requirements for quality control of technological operations are set up. The method can determine the confidence limits of the tolerances of the technological parameters for the basic operations of cultivation of agricultural crops, guaranteeing the receipt of planned productivity with a given probability is proposed.

INTRODUCTION TO AGRICULTURAL METEOROLOGICAL PRACTICES CONCEPTS TEPLOOTDELENIE AIR ENTHALPY AND THE MOISTURE CONTENT OF THE SOIL

Climate forming considered fundamental elements common positions and converted these concepts from the point of view of the foundations of thermodynamics. It is proposed to simplify the classification of areas according to the type of climate to introduce additional concepts as climateforming factors: enthalpy of air - integral thermodynamic temperature and air humidity; the moisture content of the soil - quantitative evaluation of moisture content in the soil, in mm; the heat content of the soil - integral thermodynamic indicator of soil - organ-mineral composition, hydrothermal regime and aeration. The thermodynamic measure of "heat content" is the energy feature and a unified system of evaluation of soil and climatic parameters. This is a new approach to the solution of practical problems in the field of life safety and agricultural production.

QUESTIONS OF ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY AT THE STRENGTHENING OF DETAILS OF CUTTING AGRICULTURAL MACHINES BY CHROMING

The article describes the possibility of strengthening the details of harvesting agricultural machines by electrolytic chrome plating. In order to ensure the environmental safety of chrome plating in the conditions of agricultural and repair enterprises, the concentration of harmful substances in the air of the working zone of the galvanic section has been estimated and the value of the required air exchange rate has been determined. The maximum value of the surface concentration of a harmful substance in the ambient air near the production building was calculated. The need to apply filtration of emissions from a galvanic bath during the chromization of parts of agricultural machines has been identified.

The analysis of the reasons and prospects of change of Park structure and analyzed its potential impact on the prospects for the creation and operation of the system of car recycling.

The article analyses the peculiarities of seasonal development of Apple trees on a collection site of Botanical garden named Sun. M. Krutovskaya in 2014–2016. Installed the passage of phenological stages that characterize the main stages of development. Selected trees and varieties with early and late entry into phenological phases the swelling of the buds, beginning of flowering, leaf fall. Selected Apple genotypes for further propagation.

Absolutely anyone can use crowdfunding. The crowdfunding has a number of advantages over other financing methods: the lack of bureaucracy in grant funding; no credit payments; optional registration procedure; test product; the experience is knowing your audience and the skill of product promotion; public relations; money is likely to collect more than was stated when you start. This increase in food production requires massive capital investments – more than 82 billion dollars. These funds must be spent on support and development of technology, industrial sector and public services. Crowdfunding agricultural companies in 2013 raised more than $ 5 billion. However, the crowd-projects have their own risks: the mechanism of sponsorship, donations and its terms and conditions; transparency of reporting to sponsors and investors; attracting to the Playground of big players from all over Russia who are interested in new ideas for business, new areas of investments, new partners. Crowdfunding could be the necessary impetus for the development of small and medium enterprises. Start crowdfunding project will help to gather the initial amount to start and attract the attention of a wide audience.

JUSTIFICATION OF THE BOUNDARIES OF EFFECTIVE FORMATION TECHNICAL BASIS OF CROP PRODUCTION WITH REGARD TO PREDICTION OF PRICES

The results of research on the study of the conditions of effective formation of machine and tractor fleet (MTF) newly-formed companies in the South of the Rostov region with new equipment, designed to perform complex mechanical work on advanced agricultural technologies in the arid conditions of the region are presented. The solution to this problem is implemented in several stages. In the first stage the optimal composition of the MTF model economy with the standard crop rotation in the South of the Rostov region and arable land area of 2,500 hectares and the value of the investment in the formation of the MTF. In the second phase, estimated cash income generated by the acquired technology. In the third stage the substantiation of economic expediency of investments in a dynamic market-based criteria. The fourth stage – the substantiation of the effective establishment of the MTF. With the boundaries of economic efficiency of equipment usage are defined as the maximum permissible value of the criterion indices, calculated under equal conditions. INTRODUCTION TO AGRICULTURAL METEOROLOGICAL PRACTICES CONCEPTS TEPLOOTDELENIE AIR ENTHALPY AND THE MOISTURE CONTENT OF THE SOIL

Climateforming fundamental elements of the common position, these concepts are transformed from the point of view of the foundations of thermodynamics are considered. To simplify the classification of areas according to the type of climate to introduce additional concepts as climateforming factors it is proposed the following: heat content of air is the integral of the thermodynamic temperature, and humidity; soil moisture content, quantifying the moisture content of the soil in mm; the heat content of the soil – integrated thermodynamic indicator of soil organo-mineral composition, hydrothermal regime and aeration. The thermodynamic measure of "heat content" is the energy featureand a unified system of evaluation of soil and climatic parameters. This is a new approach to the solution of practical problems in the field of life safety and agricultural production. The introduction of the concept of "enthalpy" will allow to detect significant differences in the thermal regime not only between points located in different altitude and other terrain conditions, but also between points within relatively homogeneous conditions, but differing in mikroelementami. By calculation on the previously entered formulas as possible knowing the porosity of the soil, in theory to recover information about soil moisture content on the basis of archival Hydrometeorological data (monthly values of temperature and air humidity), or to predict soil moisture reserves on the basis of climate change projections (temperature and humidity). The introduction of the terms "enthalpy of air, the moisture reserves of the soils" and "soil heat content" will help to assess the soil and climatic conditions of the study area; to identify areas of climate change; to clarify the duration of seasons with the best conditions of heat and humidity; to assess the territory from the point of view of increase of phytomass and from the point of view of the feasibility of expanding agricultural land use.

QUESTIONS OF ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY AT THE STRENGTHENING OF DETAILS OF CUTTING AGRICULTURAL MACHINES BY CHROMING

Effectiveness of shot peening segments combine harvesters and knives of rotary mowers by chrome plating the surface by the electrolytic method is justified. The technology of producing such coatings is environmentally safe. The results of evaluation of concentrations of harmful substances in the air of industrial premises and in the ambient air in the vicinity of electroplating are presented. The source data for calculations. Volumes of specific emissions of pollutants; emissions from the surface of the plating bath in the workshop for a change; the concentration of chromic anhydride in the air of industrial premises based on the number of harmful substances penetrating into the air spaces; ratio of air exchange through General ventilation are defined. Calculation of pollution emissions electroplating of atmospheric air; the distance at which the surface concentration of harmful substances reaches the maximum value is conducted. The maximum concentration of chromium trioxide is fixed outside the industrial premises. Maximum allowable concentration of chromic anhydride in atmospheric air of residential areas is 0.0015 mg/m3. To filter outliers apply filters brand FVG-T holding not less than 96% of emissions. After filtration the environment is to do no more than 0.0005 mg/m3, which will provide ecological safety of production. The calculations indicate the possibility of application of chrome plating parts cleaning equipment farm and repair facilities without violating the requirements of environmental safety.

THE RELIABILITY OF THE FUEL EQUIPMENT OF DIESEL INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINES AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY

In diesel engines of automotive vehicles the following fuel systems are used: split injection and electronically controlled, which are divided into pump / nozzle units and accumulator fuel equipment. Advantage fuel system with pump-injector is the possibility to obtain large (up to 400 MPa) pressure injection, the compactness and the minimization of the size of the cavities of high pressure. Using the battery fuel system electronically controlled "Common Rail" allows to retrieve various characteristics of fuel delivery and extremely high injection pressure that snipet fuel consumption by up to 40% while reducing the toxicity of exhaust gases and reduce the noise when working 10%. The result of this system on poor-quality fuel becomes a replacement of the whole unit. High injection pressure determines the wear of the nozzle. Statistics of its output elements of the system: ball valve – 34% of the spray – 31%, an o-ring high pressure – 23%, other – 12%. The simultaneous action of high pressures and abrasive material in case of poor fuel quality wear out and break precision parts nozzles, leading to incomplete combustion and increased fuel consumption, tarnish, erratic operation and overheating of the engine. The availability of the fuel of a small amount of water leads to corrosion damage parts of the fuel injection equipment, reduce the lubricating properties of the fuel and the appearance of burrs on precision parts and increase wear. These shortcomings severely impede the operation of agricultural machinery with fuel supply systems of type pump-injector and Common Rail. In this regard the role of diagnostics increase. However modern diagnostics tools often do not give accurate state parameters of the fuel system. Perfection of methods and means of diagnosing of the fuel equipment is a promising direction in ensuring the reliability of agricultural machinery.

THE STUDY OF THE PHENOLOGY OF APPLE TREES ON A COLLECTION SITE OF BOTANICAL GARDEN NAMED AFTER V. M. KRUTOVSKIY

The article analyses the peculiarities of seasonal development of Apple trees on a collection site of Botanical garden named Sun. M. Krutovskaya in 2014-2016. Studies were conducted to compare the passage of phenological phases of various varieties summer (Arcades statinary, grushovka Moscow, Golden spike, Nobilis, Papirovka, Petersburg summer) and winter (Bismarck, General Orlov, Green Krutovsky, Cinnamon striped) maturing. Phenological observations of the Apple trees was carried out according to the method of the research Institute of horticulture named after I. V. Michurin. The following phenological phases were singled out: swelling buds, the beginning of Bud break of vegetative buds, the blooming of the generative buds, beginning of flowering, the beginning of leaf fall, the end of leaf fall. Installed the passage of phenological stages that characterize the main stages of development. The dynamics of the phenophases in plants are influenced by seasonal changes and, above all, weather conditions. Even within the site trees of the same varieties are moving to a new phenological stage on different days depending on where they grow on the South or North slope. Trees and varieties with early and late entry into phenological phases the swelling of the buds, beginning of flowering, leaf fall. Selected Apple genotypes for further propagation are swlwcted. The result of phenological observations of selected Apple genotypes for further propagation is conducted. Among the studied trees are the latest entry into the growing period to 2014-2016 marked trees varieties Arcades statinary (No. 2-1), Bismarck (No. 4-1), Green Krutovskiy (No. 22-2). They are selected taking into account the fact that less damaged by late spring frost. Early defoliation is typical for trees of varieties grushovka Moscow (No. 6-1), St. Petersburg summer (No. 25-3), Brown striped (No. 40-3), etc.
