RESEARCH OF WAYS OF THE ORGANIZATION CASH FLOW FORECASTING

Cash flow of the organization on the basis of extrapolation methods, weighted average,

moving average, exponential smoothing, multiple regression forecasting is proposed.

PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF GRAIN PRODUCTION IN PEASANT

(FARMER) FARMS OF THE TYUMEN REGION

The article presents forecast of development prospects of grain production in peasant

(farmer) farms of the Tyumen region. It is established that at the end of 2014 their share in

the structure of agricultural production made up 6.83 %. The lag in the development of the

peasant (farmer) farms of the Tyumen region of Russia due to the high impact of climatic risks

on the efficiency of agricultural production. By 2020 the share of private (peasant) farms in

the production of agricultural products will reach: for the Russian Federation – 12,51 %; for

the Tyumen region of 9.31 %. Crop area treated (peasant) farms of the Tyumen region will

reach 224,15 thousand hectares the area under grain and leguminous crops reaches 152,01

thousand hectares.

INTERPRETATION OF THE CONCEPT OF LIFE CYCLE IN THE TRANSPORTATION INDUSTRY

The approaches of various researchers to the life cycle of the industry are analyzed. The main

evolutionary processes in the transport sector, and identified the most significant factors in the

development of the industry are described. The main stages of development of the transport

sector are analyzed, the key factors are revealed. The conclusion about the applicability of the

concept of life cycle to the transport industry and transport service is made.

to supply quality products is elaborated.

CONTROL ALGORITHM DEVELOPMENT OF MEDICAL DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS

IN THE EARLY STAGES OF THE LIFE CYCLE

Modern trends in planning and strategic marketing for the initiation of the development

process with subsequent market implementation of complex electronic medical devices are

considered. The algorithm of decision support in conducting research and development

work by organizations of the military-industrial complex for development and production of

advanced medical diagnostic imaging systems is offered.

On the basу of systematic and systemic analysis of long-term information and analytical

materials on soil salinization of irrigated massifs in Kyzylorda region in the context of irrigated

areas methods of assessing the level of transformation of the soil-meliorative processes and

the ecological status using the index of Shannon, which allow to determine the intensity and

direction of transformation of the soil-meliorative processes agrolandscape systems in terms

of anthropogenic activities are elaborated.

THE PHYTOSANITARY CONDITION OF GRAIN CROPS IN THE CONDITIONS

OF RYAZAN REGION

In recent years protection of grain in the system of cultivation of agricultural crops in the

forefront and are particularly relevant as the level of development of pathogenic microflora

in the soil and on the seed material has reached the critical value. In experiments conducted

in 2007-2014 on agricultural technology experimental station of the RGATU the degree of

development and harmfulness of root rot dark brown leaf spots of barley and winter wheat

crops in production were determined. On the basis of the obtained results we can say that in

the presence of Helminthosporium and Fusarium infection in paracomplex root rot preference

should be given to those drugs that have a wide range of activity against pathogens of root

rot.

EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF BIOLOGICAL PRODUCTS DURING POTATO

CULTIVATION

The priority direction in the development of the plant industry is the development of

resource-saving technologies which part can be the use of biological drugs. The use of the drug

Albite and Biokompozit-korrekt makes possible their wide practical application: from the

decomposition of stubble, suppression of soil pathogens, protection from diseases to improve

soil fertility, restore beneficial microflora of the soil.

METHODS OF DETERMINING EFFECTIVE MASS OF THE TRACTOR WHILE

DETERMINING THE RESISTANCE OF AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY IMPROVING

Improved method of identifying the resistance of agricultural machinery according to the

characteristics of the transients of the machine and tractor unit by studying and development

of methods for determining effective mass of the tractor is proposed.

PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF GRAIN PRODUCTION IN PEASANT

(FARMER) FARMS OF THE TYUMEN REGION

The prospects of development of grain production in peasant (farmer) farms (P(f)F)

in Tyumen region are defined. At the end of 2014 the share of P(f)F in the structure of

agricultural production made up 6.83%. The proportion of P(f)F in RF was 9.95% (deviation

of 3.12%). Regression analysis shows that chain growth P(f)F in production are: for Russia

– 0.4264% per year (the degree of reliability of approximation – 92.74%); Tyumen region –

0.1768% per year (the degree of reliability of approximation – 63.05%). The proportion of P(f)

F in the production of agricultural products is increasing according to the forecasts (based

on data from 2005-2014), by 2020 will reach: for RF – 12.51%, Tyumen region – of 9.31%.

The gap will remain due to the relatively limited range of manufactured plant products

in Tyumen P(f)F (due to the climatic conditions of the region): the average share of grain

and leguminous crops is 77.73% of the total cultivated area. Regression analysis shows

the average increase in acreage for 769.04 thousand hectares per year, and the acreage

occupied by corn and legume for on 525.87 thousand hectares per year. By 2020, the total

cultivated area treated in P(f)F, can reach 23478.75 thousand hectares, the area under

grains and legumes – 16253.16 thousand hectares. The forecast shows that by 2020 the total

cultivated area treated in P(f)F in the Tyumen region can reach 224.15 thousand ha (degree

of confidence − 86.0%), the area under grains and legumes – 152.01 thousand ha (degree of

confidence − 84.2%). P(f)F of Tyumen region lead the effective economic activities in the

Northern border of agriculture, the increase in the proportion of P(f)F in the production of

grain and leguminous crops is being forecasted.

EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF BIOLOGICAL PRODUCTS

DURING POTATO CULTIVATION

An evaluation of the effectiveness of the use of biological drugs to increase the

proportion of marketable yield of potatoes is conducted. Field studies were conducted

in the conditions of the agricultural production cooperative in Ryazan region. Soil is

loamy gray forest. Objects of study are medium early potato varieties Ryabinushka, Gala.

Microbiological preparation "Biokompozit-korrekt" for processing of tubers before planting

in the calculation of 2.0 l/t with the working fluid flow 30 l/t and non-root application of 3.0

l/ha with the working fluid flow of 400 l/ha and microbial drug "Albite" with the normal

flow of 0.1 l/t with the flow of the working fluid 10 l/t and non-root application 50g/ha, a

working fluid flow of 400 l/ha were applied. The tubers of the control group were treated

with distilled water. Treatment of tubers with the drug "Albite" before planting increased

the yield grade kinder 0.74 t/ha, spraying in the budding phase and after 15 days increased

the yields by 1.04 t/ha, in provisioning − 1.60 t/ha. Treatment of tubers with the same

preparation before planting increased the yield of the varieties Gala 0.69 t/ha, spraying

in the budding phase and after 15 days − 1.05 t/ha, in provisioning − 1.83 t/ha. The drug

"Biokompozit-korrekt" at the variety Ryabinushka increased the yields on these options

by 0.96, of 1.15 and 1.67 t/ha. The same treatment at these varieties Gala increased the

yield by 0.75, of 1.24 and 1.81 t/ha. The greatest increase of a crop of potatoes was observed

during the complex treatment the drug "Albite" on cultivar Gala of 1.83 t/ha compared to

control variant and the highest increase in yield grade kinder was observed during the

complex treatment the drug "Biokompozit-korrekt" − 1.67 t/ha. The different reaction of

the cultivars of potato to effects of test drugs is explained by the biological characteristics

of varieties

METHODS OF DETERMINING EFFECTIVE MASS OF THE TRACTOR WHILE

DETERMINING THE RESISTANCE OF AGRICULTURAL

MACHINERY IMPROVING

Operational method of evaluation of traction resistance of mounted agricultural

machines based on the analysis of parameters of transient acceleration modes of machine

and tractor units (MTU) at an instantaneous increase in fuel flow is studied. The aim of this

work is improving the method of determination of resistance of agricultural machinery

according to the characteristics of the transients MTU by study and development of

methods for determining effective mass of the tractor which will reduce the complexity of

measurements in operating conditions. The problem of determining the effective mass of

the tractor is solved by executing the additional acceleration of the tractor loaded with a

known weight measuring the angular acceleration of the crankshaft of the engine (AACE)

at rated speed (RS). While the tractor without load moving by reducing fuel the engine

speed corresponding to maximum torque is being reached. The flow of fuel is instantly

increased to the maximum. Upon reaching RS crankshaft of the engine during acceleration

of the tractor is AACE measured. AACE is similarly measured on RS during acceleration of

the tractor with extra weight and working machines. Definition AACE is following. On the

tractor the device for measuring acceleration of a crankshaft of the engine is installed,

the calibration is produced, the "Reset" of the device is pressed reducing the fuel supply,

rotation frequency of the motor shaft corresponding to the maximum torque is reached and

the flow of fuel is instantly increased to the maximum. Upon reaching of RS crankshaft of

the engine the instrument will measure AACE and show it on a digital display. The device

is prepared for the next measurement by pressing the "Reset" button. To improve accuracy

it is possible to conduct multiple measurements. All measurements are performed at the

same instrument calibration, i.e. when there is RS crankshaft of the engine.
