MORTGAGE CREDIT LENDING IN REPUBLIC OF BASHKORTOSTAN DEVELOPMENT

Current mortgaging programs' on the new and secondary housing market were analyzed

and their effectiveness was identified. Practical recommendations of different varieties of

facility agreement conditions to improve the conditions of mortgaging in OJSC “MTS-Bank”

are elaborated.

Comparative analysis of farm machinery park renewal for 2014 and 2015 results are presented

and also measures of state support of agricultural products producers in case of machinery

park renewal are indicated: subsidy of farm machinery producers, regional programs and

developments institutions, etc.

ANALYSIS OD RESTRICTIONS DURING CREATION OF THE INTEGRATED TRANSPORT

SYSTEM OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Creation of the integrated transport system of the Russian Federation (ITS) is a key factor of

development of not only transport sector itself but also generally is a base for the innovational

society oriented development of the economy and society. “Transport strategy of the Russian

Federation for the period till 2030” includes this role which can be reached by taking steps

in all sectors of the economy what is the completed process which depends on the many

elements included in the system. Analysis of restrictions during creation of the completed

system can help to identified complex of inputs, applicability of methods and instruments,

which are necessary for the posted goal realization as follows: unification of the all disparate

elements of the transport system to the integrated working mechanism. There were identified

as a result of the research restrictions of the each sub-system of ITS according of the factors

which determine unity of the system and there were formed the requirements necessary to be

satisfied.

SCHEMATIZATION

The applied model of landscapes’ of the river water collections catenas geomorphic

schematization based on the energy models of hydrogeochemical groundwater flow of river

basins which let to conduct zonation of water collections’ landscape facies from waterside

stream flow to interstream area (from superaqual elementary landscape to eluvial elementary

landscape) is presented.

METHODS OF ADDITIVES “HIGHTECH-580” AND “AGIDOL-1” QUANTITY IN FUEL

FOR JET ENGINES DEFINING

Method of additives’ “Hightech-580” in fuel for jet engines by infrade spectrometry after

additive’s concentration by vacuum pumping of the fuel’s compounds quantity defining is

presented. Method of total concentration of additives “Hightech-580” and “Agidol-1” in fuel

for jet engines according to the refraction index of ethanolic additives’ extract defining is

elaborated. It is suggested to estimate concentration of the additive “Agidol-1” according

to the difference of additives “Hightech-580” and “Agidol-1” total concentration and the

additive“Hightech-580” concentration obtained by the described methods.

LABOR CONTENT OF FARM MACHINERY CONSERVATION FORECASTING

Problems of farm machinery keeping condition and reasons of its technical readiness decrease

are studied. Mathematical model of forecasting which defines dependence between labor

content of farm machinery conservation and its constructions’ adjustment to conservation

which characterize not only the constructive complexity of products but also complexity of

using conservation methods is suggested. This model’s using lets to forecast labor content

of conservation and recourse spend which are expended during organization of long-term

machinery keeping.

LABOR CONTENT OF FARM MACHINERY CONSERVATION FORECASTING

Problems of farm machinery keeping conditions and reasons of its technical readiness

decrease. Necessity of generalized classifier elaboration in order to reveal and identify

composition of structural components, details and assembly units realizing functional

abilities of the technique combined by applied conservation methods and also necessity of

estimating relationship between the peculiarity of specialty machinery embodiment and

labor inputs of conservation realization and based on them elaboration of the forecasting

model which let to consider these common factors is revealed. Substantiation of items’

criterion of suitability to conservation is conduced. Offered criterion of suitability is

composed and characterizes labor inputs spent on the specialty machinery productiveness

and conservation realization. Considering the fact that one criterion component change

can be compensated by another component change offered criterion can be used for the

items which are destined for equivalent tasks execution comparison. Mathematical model

of forecasting which determines the dependence between labor input and criterion of

technique constructions’ suitability for conservation which characterizes of the items

constructive complexity and complexity of the applied conservation methods is elaborated.

In the model’s construction correlation and regression analysis was used. For the deduced

results analysis comparison of the forecast and standard labor inputs of the technique

conservation was carried out. It is discovered that difference between the experimentally

obtained meanings and standard labor inputs of conservation under confidence coefficient

P = 0,95 isn’t beyond 10% mistake tolerable for the engineering calculation. Application of

the offered model lets to forecast labor inputs of conservation and also resources spend

during the specialty machinery long-term storage organization.

Deficient provision of native producers of Russia’s need in corn seeds is stated.

Deficient assortment of harvesting and seed working machinery, lack of sorters, corncobs

separators, equipment for the plants for corncobs working, dryers ant another machinery

organized production are marked as the main reasons. It is marked that processes of

stripping, heap defibration to refined and unrefined cobs, their husking and treshing,

improvement of work of separators, clarifying and treshing and separate blocks providing

with effectiveness of the technological process are key in the technologies of corn gathering

and processing in seed farming. Creation of highly-productive equipment for defibration of

refined and unrefined cobs before supply to the cleansers and after dejection and increase

resource-saving corn production process effectiveness is considered as necessary. Heap

preparation with usage of differently constructed hills where their physico-mathematical

conditions peculiarities can be used is one of the steps of seed corn cobs defibration to

refined and unrefined quality improvement. Hill with irregular curvature of surface which

includes speed-up element and slow-down one during corn let-out from the elevator of the

is considered and indexes of corn cobs moving by it are calculated. Analysis of studying of

refined and unrefined cobs along the irregular curvature of surface with transition from

descend to escend roll-over results showed that using such hill construction it is possible

to get separation to fractions need according to the terms of reference. It is stated that

refined cobs with the lower coefficient of rolling friction meaning roll over under the lager

distance and unrefined for the far lesser one. In this way using the incklined pane with

irregular curvature of surface it is possible to separate cobs to refined and unrefined clearly

based on their physico-mathematical conditions usage.
