Nowadays the financial activity of any economic subject is multi-faceted and demands the

usage of not only the basic financial instruments, but also their various combinations. Today

the circulation of bills is an integral part of the financial market, plays an important role

in the solution of modern social and economic tasks. It promotes establishing economic

communications, forming of relationship in modern economic system.

Importance of tools of the strategic analysis and their value for effective management of

the mining companies is proved. Methods of the analysis of the internal environment of the

company are described. The specific features of the mining companies exerting impact on

their strategic situation which need to be considered in the strategic analysis are noted.

THE DIRECTIONS OF IMPROVEMENT OF THE EKOLOGO-EKONOMICHESKOY METHODS OF THE ASSESSMENT OF INVESTMENT PROJECTS IN CONSTRUCTION

Each investment project passes a difficult evaluation stage by results of which investors make

the decision on expediency of his realization. In the developed difficult economic realities

influence of an ecological factor makes the lesser impact on adoption of administrative

decisions in case other indicators reach values, attractive to investors. However in longterm

prospect as show calculations, it is necessary to pay for use or damage of an ecological

resource nevertheless therefore it is so important to have well worked and exact methods of

an ecologic-economic assessment of investment projects already today to have the tool which

is clearly demonstrating importance and need of greening of activity of subjects of managing

in their person.

The problems connected with increase in a share of small and medium business in GDP of

the country through attraction him to the sphere of internal tourism are considered. Serious

support of small and medium business at the state level is for this purpose necessary, it is

necessary to remove obstacles in his financing, and to the authorities to refuse the high level

of bureaucracy, the excessive taxation, to win against corruption.

of production of a bird's dung at the poultry-farming enterprises is being formed. The

THE APPLIANCE OF THE METHOD OF MATRIXES OF TRANSITIONAL PROBABILITIES

FOR PROCESSING OF METEOROLOGICAL PARAMETERS

(ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE MOSCOW REGION)

Factors of external environment as stochastic functions are considered that allows to estimate

more fully structure of casual process which enough in full degree can be described matrixes

of transitional probabilities. The method of matrixes of transitional probabilities is the most

universal when processing meteorological parameters. It is established that at an assessment

of structure of casual process distribution of an atmospheric precipitation during the warm

period of year considerably differs from the normal law of distribution. In this regard, except

a population mean and an average mathematical deviation, it is necessary to define such

indicators as coefficients of asymmetry and an excess. The received these probabilities of

casual process on the air temperature, radiation balance and deficiency of humidity of air for

the warm period of year has mainly the distribution close to the normal law of distribution.

On the basis of the thermodynamic approach, which in its turn is based on the studying

of the directions for the course of non-equilibrium processes and regularities of power

transformations in natural systems; the assessment of energy resources of natural system of

the Northern Kazakhstan region in a section of areas and especially regions with the binding

to the meteorological stations located in them for the effective and rational placement of

productive forces of agro-industrial complex is being stated.

The approach for the defining of trace concentrations of di - and the tri-aromatic hydrocarbons

in concentration from 0,002 to 0,200 g/l in gasolines and fuels for jet engines by method of a

highly effective liquid chromatography with UF-detecting for the purpose of establishment of

the reasons of non-cleanliness of fuels is being offered.

THE ASSESSMENT OF THE EFFICIENCY OF TECHNOLOGIES OF CULTIVATION OF BARLEY

The generalized analysis of results of empirical researches of various authors directed to the

quantitative assessment of influence of system of processing of the soil on productivity of

barley is submitted. The received results have allowed to conclude that decrease in intensity of

processing of the soil is followed by reduction of productivity of this culture.

NAMED AFTER Vs. M. KRUTOVSKY

Features of phenology and fructification of summer and winter grades of an apple-tree in the

Botanical garden named after Vs. M. Krutovsky are being analyzed. Apple-trees aged till 112

years are grown up in a creeping form. Valuable grades and species for selection work are

being allocated.
