CONCEPTUAL REPRESENTATION OF STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE MINING AND CHEMICAL COMPANIES IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE MATURITY OF THE BRANCH

The article is devoted to consideration of a question of development of the mining and chemical companies in the conditions of a maturity of the branch. The main features of development of the mining and chemical companies in the developed branch and market conditions are defined. Need of formation of new competitive advantages of the mining and chemical companies are proved. The concept of transformation of traditional competitive advantages of the mining and chemical companies is presented to the competitive advantages based on key competences. The main directions of development of producers of mineral fertilizers on the basis of key competences are defined.

In the article, it is noted that the international relations of the last quarter of the century underwent the essential transformation caused, first of all, by cardinal changes in structure and the provision of their main subjects. Rates, depth of this process and its possible long-term consequences for social and economic development of the world increased interest in geopolitics — with the emphasis on its new features.

Article is devoted to research of one of the most unknown phenomena of world economic life — periodic crises of the world economy — the phenomena which nature still didn't receive the conventional explanation in economic science. This research represents attempt to comprehend the reasons of crises of the modern period, to describe dependence of the nature of economic events on sources of economic growth.

ENGINE OPERATING CONTROL SYSTEMS

The modern vehicle is equipped with systems of the electronic control necessary for satisfaction of high requirements for environmental friendliness, fuel profitability, and the operational characteristics, convenience of service and diagnostics shown to modern engines legislatively and consumers. In the article, the main types of control systems of the engine are being considered. Use of intellectual systems, including artificial neural networks, for engine management is considered the most perspective control facility as allows to do without exact mathematical modeling of object of management, and existence of possibility of self-training of system of automatic control allows to work and in the conditions which aren't provided at a design stage (emergency situations, malfunctions) thanks to ability of synthesis of the received information. Introduction of system of diagnostics of malfunctions of the uncontrollable elements of the engine based on application of indirect methods of diagnostics will allow to receive information on technical condition of uncontrollable elements of the engine. Introduction of navigation systems in systems of monitoring of technical condition of the vehicle will allow to generalize the received information in real time.

RESOURCE-SAVING TECHNOLOGIES OF THE UTILIZATION OF THE USED MACHINERY

At the present stage of development of society of a problem of environmental protection, greening of technical means gain fundamental value, define requirements to creation, use and utilization of cars and resources consumed by them. The scientific problem of utilization most part is in the sphere of technical science, is connected with the creation of the cars adapted for technological utilization, their operation and the repair defining an initial stage of utilization of the discarded constructive elements of cars and technological liquids [1]. The problem of technological utilization of auto-tractor equipment and the numerous nomenclatures of farm vehicles and the equipment is low-studied. Earlier it was reduced to write-off of cars, planned delivery of scrap metal. In line with modern requirements to use of resources the problem ofutilization has to be considered differently, than write-off of equipment. As the primary source of all resources is the nature, earth subsoil, production of resources breaks ecological equilibrium which needs to be restored sooner or later. The production technology and uses of resources, in process of improvement provides repeated return (after processing) resources, their reuse. The recycling becomes one of the directions of resource-saving utilization and incentive for improvement of technologies of restoration of separate constructive elements, complete cars, processing of the utilized equipment and its material components in secondary resources [2]. Utilization of auto-tractor and other agricultural machinery is connected with development of infrastructure of system of the utilizing enterprises, with use of capacities of the repair serving base of agrarian and industrial complex.

THE JUSTIFICATION OF THE CHOICE AND EQUIPMENT OF SECOND-HAND COMMERCIAL TRANSPORT

The article is devoted to the justification of a choice of commercial transport on loading capacity in the conditions of the secondary market. Preferences at a articulated lorry choice are considered. Considering service conditions, approaches to determination of rational loading capacity of the road train are chosen. The road train loading capacity choice on the high-speed mode is reasonable. Calculation of mass of the road train taking into account ensuring stability and influence on a dynamic factor is presented. Dependence of gross weightof the road train, a dynamic factor, traction effort and forces of resistance of air, with the subsequent consideration of influence on the high-speed mode and productivity is given. The road train choice method taking into account overcoming of the greatest road resistance is analyzed. The dependence of full mass of the road train of the maximum effective power of the engine and specific engine capacity falling on one ton of mass of the road train is given. Recommendations about check of the road train on start-off from a place taking into account possibility of "dragging" of tires on winter and "sticking" on summer roads are offered. Equipment of the road train is considered by system of satellite monitoring and the assessment of its use is given. Control of a rolling stock with use of global navigation satellite systems on means of the navigation equipment of consumers and onboard subscriber terminals is reasonable. Possibilities of the navigation equipment of consumers, and also geostationary satellites and base stations regarding errors of determination of location of objects are analyzed. The question of breaks in operation of the navigation equipment of consumers on various reasons, and also the periods of obtaining navigation output parameters of the equipment of consumers is considered.
