MODELING SIMULATION OF ELECTRIC DRIVES IN THE BELT-TYPE ELECTROSTATIC TRIEUR IN THE MATLAB / SIMULINK SYSTEM

The author presents the description of main components of the experimental setup of automated belt-type electrostatic trieur. Its modeling was held in the Matlab/Simulink environment of electrodrive with induction motor in order to control the trieur belt speed and the electric roller-feeder, to control supply of seed to shelf trieur and the electric potential of the electrode in order to monitor changes in the field strength. The paper presents the models of Simulink regulator of speed and driver of the step engine. A variety of electrical and mechanical characteristics of the drives with the help of analysis of the main models in Simulink are obtained.

INFLUENCE OF PLANTING FOR LONG PERIODS OF VEGETATION AND YIELD OF SOYBEAN VARIETIES

The article deals with research results on soybean vegetative period, morphometric indexes and soybean (Kasatka, Mageva and Bryansk 11) yield in Kostroma region. It was concluded that early planting of soybean Kasatka and Mageva variety in the climatic conditions of the Non-Black soil Zone has a good potential.

DEVELOPMENT OF METAL COLD-WELDED REGIONS MODEL DURING PRESSURE WELDING WITH LOW-INTENSITY POWER IMPACT

The article is devoted to the study of the metal connection mechanism during pressure welding without melting with low-intensity power impact. The mechanism of formation of the minimal allowed cold-welded regions, setting in the absence of defects in the crystal lattice and thermal actions only activation channel. The possibility of formation of the welded joint without melting the metals due to the uneven distribution of the energy of the surface atoms, when some of the atoms have an energy higher than the activation energy. To form a stable cold-welded region with a size bigger than the critical size, the corresponding surface area has to be filled with activated atoms. The uneven distribution of energy of atoms in solid, the Maxwell equations and apparatus of probability theory were used as mathematical relationships to assess the effect of temperature and time on the relative strength of the weld joint.

THE CALCULATED ESTIMATION OF DURABILITY OF WELDED LAYER, OBTAINED BY ELECTROCONTACT WELDING WITH THE USE OF POWDER MATERIAL

 

The presented mathematical model represents the mechanism of formation of a layer of powdered material in electric resistance weld due to plastic deformation and welding between the particles. The mathematical dependences, allow to perform a calculated estimation of influence of the physical and mechanical properties of powder and conditions of its welding on the strength of the coating.

ATOMIC ABSORPTION DETERMINATION OF METAL CONTENT IN FUEL OILS

The paper reveals the features of fuel oils in compositions of various metals, their influence on the physical, chemical and exploitation properties of fuels and results of this influence. The author considers existing chemical and physical methods of determination of metal content in gas, based on some developed optimization standards. Perspectives of developed methods use are connected to improvement of gas identification methods, as with existing rules of metal harvesting in gas fuel and their use, storage and transporting and creating of the new methods of evaluation of fuel quality and materials of some technical products.
