The paper gives account of small businesses contribution to the development of the Krasnodar farm industry. The author presents the main ways of supporting small businesses at both the federal and regional level, highlights the main laws regulating the Krasnodar agriculture, and outlines the elements of the regional farm infrastructure.

USING VARIANCE ANALYSIS OF INFLUENCE POWER TO EVALUATE LONG-TERM TRADE BUSINESS COMPETITIVENESS

The authors prove using a variance analysis of influence power in the economy to assess the competition in a certain market segment. They also discuss a possibility of further dissemination of the described method in microeconomics to assess the influence power of direct and indirect external effects on the parametric stability of trade businesses.

LOGISTICS COSTS IN MERCHANDISING

The author states that logistics costs are generated by the movement of material flows. Much greater specificity can be seen in case the material flows are limited by the trade ones - in this interpretation, logistics costs can be associated with commercial logistics and determined by production and commercial activities. The start and end points of trade flows are quite relative and the author proves that there may be different paths of trade flows, they can be sent directly from suppliers to consumers or merchandised via resellers, as well as may be limited by manufacturing and wholesale enterprises.

PROBABILISTIC ASSESSMENT OF INTERACTION AMONG TECHNOLOGICAL COMPLEX LINKS

The paper concentrates on some methods of probabilistic assessment of interaction among technological links with one, two or more links serving the manufacturing industry. The authors suggest a system of indicators to measure the effectiveness of the interacting subsystems. The paper also features some probabilistic assessment methods used for sowing and harvesting technological systems in their interaction with servicing systems.

The authors consider the task of enlarging applicability of single-factor variance analysis by transforming experimental data variational series members with pre-selected functions (10 groups, 90 variants). In data transforming, the conformity of new variational series to the normal distribution law is verified as well as a two-tier procedure for selecting the optimal transforming function is approved.

METHOD OF COST CALCULATING FOR ENSURING PROPER FUNCTIONING OF VEHICLES IN AGRICULTURE

The paper features one of new widely-used and reliable methods based on the calculation of the main cost components. The proposed method concentrates only on that part of the operating costs, which is associated with reliability ensuring. This approach allows to consider a wider range of costs to ensure the reliability indicators, including those connected with storing vehicles in winter and spring.

DESIGNING DISCRETE SYSTEMS OF ELECTRIC DRIVE CONTROL

The authors present an elaborated methodology of constructing discrete systems of electric drive control, which makes it possible to design process control schemes for any agricultural machine, implement and production line. The use of LOGO! elements allows simulating control system operation in LOGO! Soft Comfort software at the design stage, thus eliminating the need for check out and start up works.
