The authors claim that taking into account the current state of technical equipment of farm enterprises their resource-saving is possible only in case of intensive use of machinery at machinery technological stations (MTS). The paper aims at proving and evaluating the effectiveness of resource-saving machinery and tractor enterprise work that will ensure the intensification of crop production on the basis of the introduction of modern technologies.

CUSTOMER STIMULATION FOR RECEIVABLES REPAYMENT IMPROVING

The author identifies the quality of the receivables repayment as a process of optimizing their structure in terms of increasing the net cash flow resulting from debt repayment in the short-term perspective. This approach does not always serve the purpose of the enterprise strategic goals implementation because its clients are often loyal customers and optimizing receivables repayment must harmonize their interests with the interests of the enterprise to achieve sales growth while reducing the costs of servicing the debt repayment. The paper offers a technology of improving the quality of the receivables repayment by developing and promoting credit policies offered for customers.

EVALUATION OF REAL ESTATE OBJECTS SECURED WITH LEASE CONTRACT

 

The paper describes certain aspects of evaluation of real estate objects secured with a lease contract. The authors analyze the reasons why the contract lease rates exceed the market ones. The paper features an algorithm of the lessee behavior in the above-mentioned case and presents a method of calculating the amount of divergence in the market value of the object secured with a lease contract and excluding the lease charges, as well as the market value of the property object secured with a lease contract.

DECISION-MAKING MODEL FOR HUMAN RESOURCE BALANCING AT RUSSIAN ENTERPRISES

 

 

 

The authors argue that the world economic environment has long been making high requirements for HR management even at relatively small enterprises. The ability to manage the personnel effectively and analyze HR-related decisions is a managerial skill acquired and developed throughout one’s professional managerial experience. Right decision making is hampered by technological progress aimed at globalization and mutual integration of economies. This process typically results in increased competition not only in the markets for capital, goods and services, but also in the labour market (particularly, in the market for experts in some particular areas), improved legal literacy and higher employees’ requirements to their employers, as well as appearing new spheres of activity requiring increased manager’s attention and, thus, lowered control level of HR policy.

There are currently many enterprise-specific mathematical models, mostly the predictive ones. The paper features a novelty approach supposing that the model developed is suitable for any type of business, both manufacturing and non-manufacturing (industrial, financial, transportation, etc.). As large businesses often deal with several sectors of the economy, there must be a model that could forecast labour force circulation depending on the industry type.

Basing on the engineering and geodesic research data APM Structure3D allows to specify the ground structure and determine the design ground resistance and subgrade reaction coefficients. Internal efforts in the system “foundation-basement-construction may be calculated for foundation with a certain stiffness coefficient (subgrade reaction coefficient). This indicator should be specified with account of heterogeneity in terms of foundation depth and layout. Subgrade reaction coefficients depend on the soil structure and physical properties as well as on the foundation load.

OPERATIONAL RELIABILITY OF WELLS IN AZERBAIJAN MIL STEPPE

 

The paper deals with the operational reliability and failure distribution pattern of subartesian wells. The authors apply mathematically and statistically processed data obtained during one year from 553 wells located in the Mil steppe in Azerbaijan. Using mathematical statistics and the reliability theory it has been found that the probability of non-failure operation of wells ranges from 0.40 to 0.63 and at the same time, the failure distribution pattern is neither normal nor exponential. Therefore, in such cases, the probability of well non-failure operation can be estimated with the failure intensity and any given time mark - t and t/2.

ON FEASIBILITY OF DEVELOPING UNIFORM FUEL FOR GAS TURBINE AND DIESEL ENGINES

 

Basing on the compilation and analysis of the research results the authors scrutinize the possibility of creating a uniform fuel for aircraft and armored vehicles with gas turbine and diesel engines as well as diesel automobiles improving existing fuels for jet engines and applying certain modern technologies.

The authors also identify the main shortcomings of jet engine fuel utilized to drive machinery that may be overcome by the use of functional additives. Finally they make some general requirements for the uniform fuel characteristics.

MULTIFUNCTIONAL ADDITIVE PACKAGE AGIKAP-25 FOR DIESEL FUELS WITH IMPROVED ENVIRONMENTAL CHARACTERISTICS

The authors analyze current diesel fuels and commercial additives produced domestically. Basing on the results obtained they propose a multifunctional additive package with the working title AGIKAP-25 to improve operational properties of low sulphur diesel fuels. This package includes additives Cap-25 and Agidol-1 at a ratio of 20: 1 that are introduced into the fuel in a concentration of up to 200 ppm.

ANALYZING STATE AND DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS OF ELECTRIC VEHICLE INFRASTRUCTURE
