METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO VEHICLE WEAR AND RESIDUAL VALUE ASSESSMENT

The paper presents methodical approaches to estimation of depreciation and residual value. The author shows the wear dependence on the costs of maintaining vehicles in operational condition.
The calculations performed make it possible to state the actual residual value of vehicles at any time during the entire service life.

THREE-VECTOR FRACTAL ESTIMATION MODEL OF TRADE ENTERPRISE PARAMETRIC STABILITY

The author describes a three-vector fractal model of commercial enterprise sustainable development consisting of financial and economic vectors and a competitive resistance vector. He also provides grounds for metastable development of a trading business structure as the most preferred variant of its ontogeny corresponding to one of the minima of the system thermodynamic potential.

FACTOR ANALYSIS IN EVALUATING PERFORMANCE OF FARM PRODUCERS

The paper evaluates the efficiency of farm producers basing on multivariate regression analysis of economic and technological parameters of the Chuvash Republic in 2008. The author accepts farm produce sales profit as a dependent value and claims that there are some factors that affect it: profitability, power of the machinery and the number of tractors per 1000 hectares of arable land. Then he derives a linear equation showing the dependence of profits on the two main components. The first component is a more significant one and it reflects the farm enterprise technical capacity, and the second one describes some specific factors of production (profitability).

The main idea of this paper is to use a regression analysis to assess the commercial real estate objects and identify the factors influencing the real price and rental price. The authors investigate the interaction of factors affecting the property price to determine their importance in making real estate development decisions in the course of investment activity.

PROSPECTS OF ALTERNATIVE FUEL APLLICATION IN FARM MACHINERY OPERATION

The paper describes the results of an analysis of applying motor fuel made from raw materials alternative to oil. The author claims that application of products from vegetative raw materials as motor fuel allows using renewed raw materials and reduces harmful exhaust emissions in atmosphere. The most perspective are the biofuel based on rape oil: mixed fuel (a mixture of diesel fuel and rape oil) and a rape oil methyl aether.
