OPTIMIZATION OF FARM MACHINERY FLEET STRUCTURE AND THIRD PARTY SERVICE SHARE

The authors suggest an economic-mathematical model of machinery fleet optimization considering the possibility of performing mechanized operations by third-party’s forces (that is especially urgent for farm enterprises). The paper features the results of comparative calculations based on the newly developed and traditional models on an example of farm enterprises of the Zernograd district (the Rostov region).

MAJOR DETERMINING FACTORS OF CAPITAL INVESTMENT RECOUPMENT IN PIG-BREEDING FARM TECHNICAL REEQUIPMENT

The paper presents the research results of capital investment payback period in technical reequipment
of pig-breeding farms depending on the selling price and the amount of capital
investments. The authors show the influence of swine productivity on capital investment
recoupment and state the government role in technological and technical modernization of
pig-breeding.

PROVING EFFICIENCY OF ELECTROMOBILE FEED DISTRIBUTOR APPLICATION

The author proves application efficiency of various mobile feed distributers for pigs using the criterion of specific operating costs. The paper also shows influence of the distributed forage amount on specific operating costs at various remuneration levels. The above-mentioned calculations are provided both for forage and fodder.

INFLUENCE OF RESIDUAL BEER YEAST ON FITO-AND ZOOCENOSIS FISH-BREEDING PONDS EFFICIENCY

The authors prove that utilization of residual beer yeast as a complex fertilizer in a dose of 100 kg/hectares together with manure (500 kg/hectares) in nursery ponds contributes to increasing an average size of primary production in 2,1 times, and average seasonal biomass fito-, zooplankton and zoobenthos by 53, 4, 51,2 and on 70,6%, respectively. Applying residual beer yeast led to an increase in total fish-productivity of fish-breeding ponds in 1.8 times in comparison with the control values.

METHODS OF RESOURCE-SAVING CONTROL OF HEAT-EXCHANGE PROCESSES IN REFRIGERATED TRUCK BODY

The paper considers the issues of resource-saving automatic control of heat-exchange processes in a refrigerated track body. A special attention is thus given to correction of a setting signal allowing excluding temperature excessive regulation in a refrigerated track body in case of uneven changes of the setting signal without decrease in control system performance.

INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE EFFICIENCY INCREASING BY APPLYING FUEL-HYDROGEN MIXTURES

Basing on the analysis of an internal combustion engine theoretical cycle and fuel hydrocarbonic
structure the authors determine the directions of increasing internal combustion engine
nominal and effective indicators. Given as an example are constructive developments of the
engine crank mechanism and ignition system making it possible to burn fuel effectively and
obtain the maximum power. The authors offer an innovative design of the fuel feed system that
allows the engine to work on fuel-hydrogen mixtures and, consequently, to raise its effective
indicators considerably.
