REGIONAL PROBLEMS OF RUAL SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT IN MODERN CONDITIONS

The author proves the importance of regional development of rural social infrastructure in modern conditions and reveals the factors influencing it. The paper provides an analysis of a present state of social infrastructure of the Shirvan region of the Azerbaijan Republic and reveals the reasons for unbalanced development of social infrastructure. The importance of regional-scale forecasting and rationing of social infrastructure indicators is stated as well. The author gives suggestions on further more efficient regional development of social infrastructure.

CLASSIFICATION AND ESTIMATION OF BASIC MECHANISMS OF INVESTMENT ATTRACTION TO AGRIBUSINESS INDUSTRY

In conditions of the economic crisis and making new foregrounding decisions on how to overcome it the role of economic regulators as means of nature management should be reconsidered basing on an effective investment mechanism. The paper provides classification and estimation of main mechanisms of investment attraction to agriculture. The author proves the necessity of introducing economic control levers of rational use of agroindustrial resources. He also suggests mechanisms of investment activity improvement.

The article examines the practice of using innovative products by farm producers in Azerbaijan aimed at farm efficiency increasing. Efficient implementation of scientific and technical progress achievements makes it possible for farm producers to increase the farm efficiency level in Azerbaijan, as well as to provide for better competitiveness. The present inefficient situation in agriculture can be changed by promoting innovative and investment activities alongside with further integration.

INFLUENCE OF HYDROGEN РН FACTOR OF ELECTROACTIVATED WATER ON SOWING QUALITY INDICATORS OF GRAIN CROP SEEDS

The paper shows the results of experimental researches on the influence of the hydrogen рН factor of electroactivated water on sowing indicators (germinating capacity, germinating power) of grain crop seeds. The authors prove that processing of strong seeds (germinating control — 94%) in water with рН = 8,8 has led increased germination by 28%, and in water with рН = 3,2 — has decreased it by 2,4%. COMPARATIVE CHARACTERISTIC OF GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF HOLMOGORSKY BREED HEIFERS AND THEIR HYBRIDS

The paper provides the results of researches of growth and development of Holmogorsky breed heifers of different genotypes. The authors prove that cross breeding of a zebu-type bull with a cow of Holmogorsky breed has made positive impact on growth and development of hybrid heifers in the period from their birth to 15-month age.

METODOLOGY OF CHOOSING TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES FOR RESTORATION OF MACHINERY PARTS

The author offers a complex method of choosing the way of restoration of parts considering various technological operations of making processing allowances when producing repair workpieces, as well as thermal and mechanical machining. Their combinations allow obtaining new technical solutions that can be protected by patent. One can choose the best (optimum) variant of a technological process from various variants basing on the accepted criterion.

RESULTS OF COMPARATIVE TESTS OF CHAIN DRIVES WITH EXPERIMENTAL AND SERIAL SPROCKETS

The paper presents the results of chain wear dynamics in course of its operation, as well as experimental dependences of hinge centre arrangement of internal and external links on deterioration on chain wear in case of serial and experimental driven sprockets. The presented results were obtained in testing of combine harvesters «Дон-1500Б» in conditions of normal operation. It was proved that using experimental sprockets allows increasing chain drive durability by 50%.
